Laurèl’s Living manages long-term real estate portfolios throughout Europe. Services include but are not limited to monitoring repairs and/or maintenance work, billing & collecting monthly rent payments, subsidy applications and overseeing construction projects. We are the point of contact for both landlords and tenants.
Additionally, Laurèl’s Living offers short-term rental services, where we rent out your home or pied-à-terre, so you can earn some extra money during your holidays, just by relaxing! We can also supervise your home or pied-à-terre during absence.
