Long-term rentals:
Pricing is a percentage from the monthly revenue, varying between 3-7% based on the conditions of the real estate.
Portfolio expansion:
Pricing is tailor-made for each case.
Short-term holiday rental:
With our flexible pricing solutions, it is possible to choose between a package or a separate service fee:
