Bidfood ‘‘CoolTech’’ Conference 2025

Laurèl's Living was asked by Artifex to oversee the execution of their cultural and logistical program during the Bidfood CoolTech Conference Amsterdam Edition 2025. Over the course of five days, 70 international delegates were welcomed, consisting of the managing directors and CEO's from every country where Bidfood operates.

Laurèl’s Living ensured the smooth execution of cultural activities providing an immersive experience that showcased Amsterdam’s rich history, art, and culinary heritage. The program, designed by Artifex, featured visits to some of the city's most iconic landmarks:

• Rijksmuseum – Delegates explored masterpieces of Dutch (food) art, including the works by Rembrandt & Vermeer.

• Anne Frank House – A deeply moving experience, where participants gained insights into Anne Frank’s life and the historical significance of her diary.

• Hofjes Tour – A guided walk through Amsterdam’s historic courtyards, offering a glimpse into the city's hidden architectural gems and past way of life in the Jordaan.

• Food Tour – A gastronomic journey through Amsterdam’s vibrant food scene, featuring Dutch delicacies such as the famous apple pie from Winkel43, cookies from Het Koekemannetje, fries from Fabel Friet, bonbons from Chocolaterie Pompadour, and bitterballen from Café 't Smalle.

• Van Gogh Museum – An in-depth look at the works and life of the legendary artist, including his famous self-portraits, landscapes, and letters, and also, the major exhibition dedicated to one of the most important artists of our time: Anselm Kiefer.

Additionally, Laurèl’s Living was responsible for the transportation logistics for the 70 delegates and the Bidfood organization crew, ensuring seamless transfers between event venues, made possible by Van Delden Limousine Service. This included coordinating travel from the Pulitzer Hotel and the Van Puffelen Bidfood Clubhouse to key locations such as the Heineken Experience, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Bidfood Foodyard, and Helling 7.
